Does anyone know a good way I can download this video?
It's been a number of years since I've messed with it, so I don't know a specific application to use(what file format is the video even in?), but there are a number of browser add-ins that allow you to download most any media file on a website.
I was hoping to avoid doing a screen capture, but that's probably the easiest thing to do. I have real player, and I downloaded another program that allows me to download videos, but neither seems to come up when I try to download this one.

I'm not sure. It's some sort of silverlight streaming thing.
