Hearts and Minds

We've all heard the blather (well, not complete blather) about how winning the war on terror is really about winning the hearts and minds of the the people. Of course the biggest critics of Iraq have insisted that our presence there has only inspired more America hating. I've tried to link to stories that show the "hearts and minds" battle is is going our way. Here is an inspiring story, though it contains the proper leftist caveats:

BAGHDAD, Iraq -- Shopkeepers and residents on one of Baghdad's main streets pulled out their own guns Tuesday and killed three insurgents when hooded men began shooting at passers-by, giving a rare victory to civilians increasingly frustrated by the violence bleeding Iraq.

The Object of saying bush is critisized or the U.S. is liked less because Bush went to War on Behalf of the Citizens of the U.S. is to make him and us less effective as a Country regarding the War in Iraq.

The Truth is that the People who are critisizing Bush are Interested in limiting his success in Leading the U.S. and the Resulting Good Success in the U.S. economically and In Political Power concerning the Reputation of the Republican Party in the Next Election, this makes an easier road for Democrats, in truth for Industrialists, Bankers and /Agricultural Giants, some of which Control or Own and whose C.E.O.'s control the News Media giving the Citizens and Corporations in the Region of the U.S. dominated by their Media Power and any alliances they have in The Other Regions of the U,S, which control the Largest number of Votes in the U.S. giving them the next Election, hopefully they wish, to give the Lion's share of U.S. Tax Revenues to Shift to their Controlled Industries and Businesses in their Own Region of Choice and their own Chosen Field of Endeavor to Control More closely for their Greatest Profit at the Expense of Citizens in the Rest of the U.S.

a note, the Highest Donations to the Democratic Party are One through Six, are located in the States in the New England area, six or seven of the New England States Give More Money to the Democratic Party then any other state in the U.S.
